How to Order

In-Store
Visit a Payless ShoeSource store location to place your custom order in three easy steps:

1. Choose Your Style
   Browse the collection and try on your favorite styles to find the perfect fit.
2. Select Your Color
   Ask an associate to show you our selection of 64 custom satin colors, and choose the one that’s right for you.
3. Place Your Order
   An associate will help you place your order, which ships for free and will arrive within ten days for store pickup.

Online
Visit unforgettablemoments.com to place your custom order in three easy steps.

1. Choose Your Style
   Browse the collection and select the style and size you want to order. 
2. Select Your Color (if ordering a custom-dyed shoe)
   Due to the variation in computer monitors, colors viewed online may not be exact representations of the dye colors offered. To ensure an exact color match, we strongly encourage you to visit a local Payless ShoeSource store to view the 64 satin color swatches in person before placing your order for a custom-dyed product.
3. Place Your Order
   Enter your billing, shipping and credit card information and submit your order.
