Order Status
When you place an order on unforgettablemoments.com or through our Ordering Center, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer service. Once your order is filled in our warehouse, we will send you a shipping notification email letting you know that it has been shipped. This email will also list your tracking number.
